Refund Policy for BeneFAQ

Thank you for using BeneFAQ for the tuition aid verification of your school. Our company is owned by SchoolRIGHT, LLC., Westfield, Indiana 46074.

Each year a parent/applicant applies for financial aid with a participating BeneFAQ school, they are required to pay the corresponding BeneFAQ application fee to use our system.

An applicant may receive a full refund of their payment (minus any applicable service fees) within 30 days of making payment if the following apply:

  • They have not submitted their application.
  • They have submitted their application but no verification processing has begun.
  • They relocate from the area where they lived after completing the BeneFAQ application and the school for which they applied is not within reasonable traveling distance to send their child(ren).

We will not issue refunds for any other reason.

Our services require prompt responses to all emails requesting documentation to verify income and expenses.
